Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, will typically be issued in the form of in-game currency or credits rather than direct financial reimbursement.

      • Cheating and Exploitation: Engaging in cheating, including the use of software exploits, hacks, bots, or unauthorized third-party software, is strictly forbidden.
      • Spamming: Sending repetitive, irrelevant, or inappropriate messages through chat functions, forums, or other communication channels.
    2. Moderation and Enforcement

      WAGMI Games reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and remove content or accounts that violate these guidelines. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or other measures as deemed appropriate by WAGMI Games. Users will be notified of any actions taken against their accounts.

  3. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

    1. Binding Arbitration Agreement

      Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration administered within Delaware in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.   4. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

      If you subscribe to any paid services offered by WAGMI Games, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled via your account settings before the renewal date. Renewals will be billed at the then-current rate for the same duration as the original subscription, unless otherwise specified.

    2. Authorization for Automatic Renewal

      By subscribing, you authorize WAGMI Games to charge your payment method for each renewal period. You may disable automatic renewal in your account settings at any time. By not disabling auto-renewal, you agree to accept any future subscription terms at the prevailing rates.

  5. Player Economy and Trading Rules

    1. In-Game and Third-Party Trading

      WAGMI Games does not support or hold responsibility for any transactions involving in-game assets or NFTs conducted outside of its official platform. Third-party sales and trades of in-game assets are at your own risk, and WAGMI Games is not liable for any losses or issues arising from these transactions.

  6. Anti-Cheating and Security Measures

    1. Penalties for Unauthorized Software Usage

      WAGMI Games employs active monitoring for unauthorized software, bots, and other cheating mechanisms. Any detected abuse or exploitation will result in immediate suspension, termination of accounts, or other penalties as deemed appropriate by WAGMI Games. Additionally, data forfeiture may apply for serious violations.

  7. Cross-Platform and Multi-Chain Usage

    1. Multi-Chain Compatibility and Limitations

      For users engaging with multi-chain functionality, please note that certain assets or game features may not be fully interoperable across different blockchain networks. WAGMI Games does not guarantee cross-platform asset functionality and may limit certain features depending on technical or regulatory factors.

  8. Reward and Payout Clarifications

    1. Leaderboard and Seasonal Event Rewards

      Rewards for leaderboard positions or participation in seasonal events are awarded at WAGMI Games’ discretion and subject to availability. WAGMI Games reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel rewards for any reason, including technical or economic constraints.

  9. License Termination and Account Closure

      Upon account termination, whether initiated by you or WAGMI Games, all associated personal data, user-generated content, and in-game assets will be permanently deleted or anonymized, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.     2. Inactivity Policy

      Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed by WAGMI Games. Users will be notified of impending closures via email. To prevent closure, users must log into their account before the specified closure date.

      While you may own an NFT associated with the Service, WAGMI Games retains intellectual property rights over the game’s content and assets. Owning an NFT does not grant rights to copy, modify, or distribute associated content without express written permission from WAGMI Games.

      WAGMI Games reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or infringes on others’ rights. Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension or termination.

  13. Force Majeure
