General Leviathan is a brilliant technician who leads the WAGMI army in building some of the most deadly and futuristic armaments that defend the earth. He's the son of Finerick, the scientist who made major advancements in NiFe technology. He's equipped with a hyper advanced nano suit which he uses to build battle armaments at a moments notice.

His power source comes from the inner core of Excron known as the birthing light of the universe. His abilities to transform his suit into a plethora of weapons makes him one of the prolific and deadly Generals the WAGMI army has.
